What we carry out.

Set out the way it appears on a job sheet, because that is how the work is instructed, priced and signed off. Anything not listed can be quoted on survey.

Void refurbishment & re-lets

Full turnaround of empty properties. Clearance of rubbish and furniture with disposal at licensed facilities, redecoration throughout, deep clean to re-let standard, lock changes and ironmongery, and health and safety checks completed and recorded before handover.

Walls, ceilings and woodwork prepared, filled and painted throughout
Deep clean to re-let standard — kitchens and appliances inside and out, bathrooms descaled, windows, frames, switches and sockets
Lock changes, thumbturn locks, self-closers, letter plates and replacement ironmongery
Curtains and nets washed, replaced or refitted
Smoke alarm and CO detector tested, interlink confirmed, heating and hot water checked
Property photographed on completion and handed back ready to occupy

Kitchens

Strip-out through to completion. Units, worktops, sink and appliances supplied and installed, wall tiling and flooring renewed, electrical works carried out by registered electricians with certification issued, and all making good and decoration completed before handover.

Base and wall units supplied and installed, with doors, handles, plinths, cornice and finished end panels
Laminate worktops cut, jointed, edged and sealed around sink and taps
Sink, mixer tap, fridge freezer and washing machine supplied, connected and tested
Cooker supply renewal and relocation through registered electricians, certification issued on completion
Wall tiling, vinyl or laminate flooring, plastering, making good and full redecoration

Bathrooms

Replacement suites, bath and shower installation, wall and floor tiling, resealing around baths, basins and worktops, extract and ventilation, and repairs to existing sanitaryware where replacement is not yet required.
