Itemised quotation issued within 48 hours, with assumptions and exclusions stated.
Works carried out
Risk assessment completed on site, programme agreed, site left clean each evening.
Safety checks & sign-off
Alarms, detectors, heating and hot water tested and recorded. Snagging closed out.
Invoice
Itemised invoice issued against the agreed scope, with variations listed separately.
No surprises on the final invoice.

On site
- Point-of-work risk assessment completed before works commence
- One point of contact for the duration of the job
- Site left clean and secure at the end of every day
- Progress photographs on request
- Any additional works reported before they are carried out
Handover
- Smoke alarms and CO detectors tested, interlink confirmed
- Heating and hot water tested and left in working order
- Snagging closed out before we leave site
- Certificates issued for any electrical or gas works
- Itemised invoice against the agreed scope, variations listed separately
